What this site is

ExitMyContract.com is an independent educational resource about timeshare contract options. It explains what to look for in a contract, publishes free guides and checklists, and links to an eligibility check you can use at no cost.

What it is not

We are not a law firm, a resort, a developer or a government agency, and we do not provide legal advice. Results vary by state law and contract terms. Talk to a licensed attorney in your state about your own situation.
